Bob or anyone else,

My question is, with the amounts of CS that I take (one to two oz a day
or less) is 1-2 ppm NO3 going to be a problem? Isn't a good bacon or
sausage breakfast going to supply as much or more NO3?

Hi Ode,

The Farber nitric acid process is arcing in air, and this is why so many
HVAC
people that use the arc method must use either a CO2 or Argon ambient in
the brew
sell. But I do measure NO3 in a lot of LVDC. Generally it is about 0.90
PPM.

All HVAC process generate NO3 in excess of about 2 PPM.
