Of course they know. Many people have not only contacted them, but they have visited the sites such as dorway.com many times as verified by the caller logs.
But how can they be sued? You obviously don't understand how the FDA/government/pharms work. If the FDA approves something, then for the most part they cannot be sued. But if they use something that is perfectly safe but doesn't have the FDA approval on it, and someone wants to sue them, they can be sued. As long as what they use is FDA approved, they cannot be sued, so their butt is protected. That is all they care about, so calling them would be of not benefit.
