I don't understand.
I take a triple espresso for the jolt to keep me alert on the long trip home.
Works great for that purpose!
Before I started this, I would get sleepy about 2/3 of the way.
According to your post, I'd have less caffeine than regular coffee.
For me, what works is what works, although I enjoy hearing opposing arguments.
