CS>low cost ceramic water filter

Greetings all,
    I am a water treatment specialist working in Zambia, I am interested in 
getting in touch with any one who has experience in the "Mazariegos"filter or 
"filtron". I have few working filter elements and am interested in how to 
generate approx. 100PPM CS, a friend is generating something around 20ppm-will 
this work? What do you folks advise? I am new to the list-Any help would be 
appreciated. Thanks, Brian
