The answer is simple.

Weigh your anode.

Repeat the procedure you used on the data in question. That is, apply a 
current of 6.22 mA for 3.8 hrs.

Weigh the anode again.

According the Faraday, the maximum loss in anode weight should be 95 
milligrams. This is well within the capability of any precision lab 
scale to measure.

Your measurements claim you get 38 ppm. If so, the anode should lose 287 
milligrams.
