I don't believe in free energy, over-unity, or Tom Bearden's scalar waves. I don't believe in a lot of things that scams are made from. And I don't believe solar flares or the phase of the moon can affect the production of cs. I believe in controlling contamination, current density at the electrodes, quality of the dw, and using precision constant current sources, Faraday's equations, and good instrumentation. And my cs is not affected by the phase of the moon. So the next time you make cs during a full moon, take your frog, circle the cs generator three times in a counterclockwise direction to set up the proper vortex, then three times in a clockwise direction, all the while chanting your favorite mantra.
