If you think that the  only thing in CS or EIS is silver and water then it's
back to the drawing board.

If the pH of the product is less than about 6.5 then there are other
components in it.
I have measured NO3 and N0, CS when the pH is around 4 to 5 and most
people's are in that range. There may even be CO2 but I cannot measure that.

The 330 v data is valid and it reproduces at 26 volts but your stubborn
french attitude will not admit that you just may be wrong.
