Hi Dan, To make colloidal gold required a 15 kv 60 NST and some machine work to make the ajustable electrode assembly. It also requires cooling of the CG as the process generates a lot of heat and when the DW (CG) gets hot the arc goes out.
I visited both URL's and did not see a picture of their generator. If setup correctly it is not difficult to make, but remember The price of #14 gold wire is NOT cheap. Why do you want to make CG?
