Marshall,
I'm glad you have not bladder problem--I had radical prostate CA surgery in
1995 in which God blessed be tremendously! There has been much knowledge &
treatment improvement since then, but I'm tremendously grateful to my
surgeon who made the diagnosis, recommendation and performed my surgery.
Among the improvements since then is CS!

My recommendation to every male--at first urinary warning signs or at age
40, have regular Prostate checkups and keep in close touch with your
Urologist--Take a generous amount of home-made CS daily to prevent
infection. The life you save might be your own!

True Story: About 20 years ago, a financially successful friend went on an
African Safari. They were about 3 days from civilization and their motor
transportation when my friend had almost unbearable pain and urinary
stoppage from a kidney stone in the urethra. This was his first attack and
so he had NO pain medication nor a catheter so he could insert cath, and
relieve urinary pressure. He got his equipment bearers to put him on a
stretcher and take him to the nearest town where there was a doctor!. He
survived and prospered for many years afterwards, but reported that his pain
had been almost unbearable.

Moral to story in 2003 or future: When leaving your comfort zone, take CS,
generator, catheter and pain medicine to alleviate an emergency.

Best regards,

I actually do not have a bladder problem, I was only asking for my
information in case I or any family member ever does.
I do have the prostate problems though, as do almost all men my age from
what I can tell.

  Peace,

  Marshall

Hi Marshall & other sufferers,If unable to instill CS into bladder with
baster or syringe, get a small (silicon lubricated) catheter, soak in CS for
a few minutes, then fill with CS & gently insert through urethra into
bladder & instill the proper amount, holding for perhaps an hour, then
allowing to empty. This will obviate any "forcing" and should be very
effective.Catheters should be available at many drugstores & almost every

Does one not have to consciously relax a spinxter (sp?) muscle or
something?

If it does not flow into the bladder easily, I would not "force" it.

              Yes Rob - It's Gonorrhea.MikeWhat I would try is using a
turkey baster, fill the bladder with CS, and hold it for 6 min.
How the heck do you do that? Can this be done by males,
females, or both?
You can email me all list if you like.
