Something I forgot besides putting CS in the water for flowers, I do use some CS in Garden in summer. As a bonus I may get some CS back naturally in my food. On a less serious note. Here is a tip for all you guys, I have always bought flowers for my wife at least twice a month for no reason at all. I buy discount flowers (Sams club, the grocery store) they have them every where, it shows you care and it does not have to be expensive. I buy gifts and cards for special occasions. It is a no lose situation. For those of you who say if I went home with flowers She would think I did some thing wrong. Just sit there and imaging the treatment you will get when she realizes she is wrong. But it is nice to show how you care for no reason and the Flowers mean so much more. I was in line at store one time with Flowers one time and Lady behind me asked what I did wrong, when I told here how I buy them for no reason and often she said I wish I could have met you 10 years ago. Please excuse me for the rambling, just my way of looking at life and the people you care about. For all you Ladies give this to your Fellows, if you guys are single watch your step as this could get you Married (Good or Bad depends on how your point of View). Bob

I have a mold fest on our pontoon-we ONLY use it for fishing-so I'll give it a try. I'll try it on the cut flowers as well. It's amazing how many uses there are for CS. Truly amazing :) Thanks Bob, Mag ----- Original Message ----- From: Medwith, Robert <mailto:[email protected]> To: '[email protected]' <mailto:'[email protected]'> Sent: Friday, November 07, 2003 9:34 AM Subject: RE: CS>Cleaning with CS I had a small water foutain we used it in, it kept it nice and clean (longer). If you put some CS in water for cut Flowers it keeps the flowers nicer and longer. I used CS on Boat where I had a mold problem, after I cleaned area I sprayed on CS And let it air dry. The following year there was no mold in the sprayed area, this is As long as CS is not in an area where it gets washed off. I had this happen when I tried those ionic discs that are used in place of detergent. They do not dissolve grease and oil well, this can mix with other residues and start growing stuff. I had to have the tub removed, takes a special tool, so that it could be cleaned. I stopped using the discs. I use Borax and Washing soda since I have somewhat hard water. For soap I use diluted Castile, since I am sensitive to many detergents or their fragrance. Borax, like oxyclean, which I also use, is a degreaser and deodorizer.
