'Ted', It sounds as though the "Larreastat" you had been taking is now the formulation called "Shegoi." The plant is called Larrea tridentata. An acupuncturist-Qigong instructor friend of mine whom I trust reported great results with it recently. The stuff comes in capsules and also a spray, which a client of his used to eliminate shingles. Knowing that I still have some health issues, he sent me a bottle to try. The most surprising thing to me is that a chronic sinus infection I've had for decades is starting to clear up. This is no small feat, because one, since the sinus region consists of hollow cavities that easily trap all sorts of pollutants and contaminants, infections there can be really hard to eliminate. Two, I live in the second most polluted COUNTY in the United States, according to the Environmental Defense website. New York state gets all the emissions from the factories in the Midwest. The factories have been particularly polluting because the Environmental Protection Agency's policy allows factories a certain number of "pollution credits." The Midwest companies found it cheaper to keep their antiquated smokestacks and not upgrade them, and instead pay other companies that HAD upgraded their smokestacks for THEIR pollution credits. That' s why New York state is so polluted. Thank goodness our Attorney General is a good guy and sued the Midwest factories -- and after 10 years, won the lawsuit! They are now being forced to upgrade their emissions-cleaning devices. So hopefully, the air will be better soon (unless the chemtrail activity increases a lot, but that's another story). Anyway, the air quality had been a real problem for me. I had been using Colloidal Silver in a nebulizer with essential oils, and snorting a high-quality, store-bought (as well as homemade) CS up my nose. The store-bought stuff helped, but it was a bit messy and I had to lie down while it did its work. Plus, it was really expensive. The CS and oils worked great for my asthmatic wheezing -- but the sinus infection never went away. I have a Scenar and used it. It didn't do much. The F-Scan was helpful (undoubtedly the sinus infection was fungal in nature), but it meant sitting for at least an hour and a half with electrode patches on my face. So I decided to take the Shegoi as a last resort. Truthfully, I never expected a capsule taken systemically to work for a sinus infection. Two Shegoi caps a day didn't do much, although I did feel more energized. But when I began taking 6 caps per day (and sometimes 4, if I forgot the other 2), that was when I noticed a huge shift. When I'd eat a piece of fruit, my nose wouldn't stuff up. My head generally felt clearer. An equally dramatic change was the decreased tenderness in the sinus points and around the eyes. Sinus infections can really hurt.and I am frankly astonished at the improvement. I don't know how much you were paying for the stuff before. I would say that the Larrea tridentata I'm using now is on the moderate side. It's not cheap and it's not exhorbitant. But I decided that it's definitely worth having in my health cabinet, along with the Colloidal Silver, my electromedicine devices, and, of course, good food, a rebounder, and a positive attitude. If you want some, you can buy it wholesale by going to my Shegoi website. Yes, it's an MLM. But the stuff is great. http://www.shegoi.net/nenahsylver Let us know how you do.
