Just buy chaparral leaves as a bulk herb. You can get 1 pound of cut leaves
for around $10. You then brew it as a tea in boiling water. About 2
tablespoons in a cup of boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes. Strain. Then
drink. A pound should last you a couple of years. Any bulk herb store sells
it. For example:
