Dear Marshalee, I have sleep apnia also. I have an extra nasal mask that I will send to you if you want it. The CPAP machine is an air compressor. You might check with some of the engineer types on the list to see if a small "pancake" oilless compressor set to 6 - 8 psi. would do the job. They cost $40 and up. Beats the price of the CPAP.
