Richard,
Thanks so much for the very kind words about me and my website ;)

Marshalee, I know that continuing to feel lousy can be disheartening...hang in
there.

Now, regarding sleep apnea: a few days ago, I got a call from a man who ordered
my book and was eager to share his rather unusual health story. He told me that
people who use devices for sleep apnea should be aware that sometimes, the
machine can become riddled with mold.

He had suffered from horrible sinus and respiratory infections, and it turned
out that the mold was growing inside the unit. It was a pain in the neck to take
it apart and clean it, he said, but it was worth it. Once he cleaned it and chan
ged the filter, he felt much better.

So, for what it's worth, those of you who use machines to breathe at night might
want to make sure they are checked and cleaned regularly. My customer insisted
that I tell anyone who uses such a device...so I am ;)

Best,
Nenah
