Hopefully you've begun to figure out that MSM is okay. MSM is about the most benign thing you can get. Aside from the bitter taste, it has no smell and there is little if any toxicicity issues. It is one of the handful of things I've taken over the years that had a definite positive effect. After a month of taking goodly doses I had lost a lot of aches and pains. As for the smell of DMSO, if used topically in small quantities it works very nicely on soreness and swelling while the odor is less obtrusive and of shorter duration than if you are consuming an ounce or more internally! <shudder> Still, given its benefits, it's good to keep it in your arsenal... just not for times when you have to be around people. <smile> Be well, Mike D.
