Marshall- I have been taking colloidal minerals for 9 years. People think
I look much younger than my age. I have few grey hairs and do vigorous
aerobic dancing and lots of heavy gardening work. When I started taking
colloidal minerals I was having problems with mucscle tears, dance
injuries, bursitis pain in my shoulders, an intense possibly fibromyalgia
pain between my shoulder blades when and lower back pain. While taking
colloidal minerals (and chelated multi-minerals) all those problems slowly
went away. Also, once we were past the original few days of detox, we felt
very energetic on CM. Someone once posted here saying the colloidal size
of the minerals not only helps in their absorption, but also renders them
harmless. Dr. Wallach has a report in his literature of someone who had
mineral hair analysis done before and at intervals of taking CM. At first,
their lead and mercury levels rose, then they fell dramatically. The
hypothesis for this is that the CM pulled the heavy metals out of their
body, at which point the amount in the hair increased, and then eliminated
them, accounting for the new very low level.

A vegetarian I met recently argued that crops are not depleted of minerals,
that glacier water, etc brings new minerals to farmers, but I think most of
the food supply is not raised by adding enough back for what is taken out.
Just fertilizing with manure is not enough, sources of 60-70 trace minerals
would have to be used and adding back in enough volume.

What does everyone think of the articles on colloidal minerals here?
