Bob,

You do not want to get the "benefit" from the apple seeds.
They have cyanide in them, according to the post.
If they pass through your juicer whole, then you are probably OK.

Marshall,
I juice several apples a day, seeds and all. I use a champion juicer. I
have been wondering if the seeds go through without being broken, would you
lose their benefit like you do in flax seed? I have been wondering about
this for some time and this conversation about seeds motivated me to
inquire. Bob Smith
