I found that if I overdid it the herx was unbearable. 2 tbsp. seemed to
be a good amount for me. The time it took, in the long run, was well
worth it. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't have waited so long. I
would have taken the chance immediately. The way I look at it, it
couldn't have been worse than the way I was feeling.
