Uh, I wrote that, not Ole Bob. PPM is milligrams per liter by definition. [weight per volume..not numbers of pieces as "parts" seem to imply] So one particle weighing one milligram sitting in one liter of water is still 1 PPM, same as if there were ten billion particles weighing a total of one milligram. The number of liters [or gallons] at a given PPM used determines how much silver is used over all but the per liter figure remains the same. If diluted, the PPM figure goes down as the amount of liquid rises. Same amount of silver.
