Generally surfactants and CS don't mix well. CS works by maintaining a charge between the particles so they do not collide and agregate. Surfactants work a number of ways, but one of them is to remove the charge, so particles will aggregate.
Every surfactant I have tried with cs has lead to rapid aggregation and precipitation.
