I mix mine 50/50 (2 oz. CS with 2 oz. of Gatorade). For those of you
concerned about the dyes in Gatorade, I found a clear Watermelon flavor
Gatorade at Walmart.

A short time ago, I read a few ratios people were putting out here on how
much Gatorade per CS they were drinking. I've tried searching the archives,
but there is a lot of off topic to title posts on the subject.
If you who are using Gatorade with your CS to help assimilation could post
again I would appreciate it. I seem to have trouble assimilating CS for
some reason. Is 1 drop of H2O2 helpful for assimilation also? I think I
read that on here also.
