Try NY without the periods. US requirements for state identification have been
standardised (dumbed down) to two letter CAPS, ergo AK(formerly Alaska or Al);
AL(Alabama formerly Ala.); AR(formerly Arkansas)...et al..see SNAFU or FUBAR!

I have tried to register my protest, but the link requiring address is not
