Hi Teri A Chemist, Agricultural Specialist, Don Fox, recommended that you take; B-100 (100 of each B) + Zinc to speed healing and relieve stress; Vit E 400 IU 2 twice a day; Vit C 500mg 2 twice a day; Leave off refined sugars & grains; Colloidal Silver several ounces mixed with double amount Gatorade--taken in mouthful doses, holding & swishing in mouth 2 to 3 minutes, then swallow--do this at least 4 oz.
