Can anyone shed any more light on the formula listed below as I'd like to mix some up for personal use. Not quite sure how to sort out the percentages of solids in relation to liquids.

DMSO 6.25 percent Vitamin C 1.25 percent Glutathione 1.25 percent The question is, what is the remaining percent of 91.25 percent ?
