I have this type of molasses, does anyone have a good idea how to drink it!!

As I said, if you are not anti milk, the drink I used tasted
decent. You have to play with the ratio.
Only three ingredients.
Milk
Soy powder
Blackstrap
If you analyze the other two ingredients, you would have a relative potent
brew.
Still, there appears to be lots of confusion on the K content of blackstrap.
