Latta - I think you need to build your immune system too. I did with a year or so on Juice Plus - very expensive, great product but is multi-level sales. Heard about another product that Mercola is pitching http://mercola.com/forms/livingfuel.htm but it too is expensive. Nature's Way makes Orchard Fruits & Garden Veggies - have not tried it but it looks good, believe it's a quality company, and you can find it on sale on the internet.
