Garnet, you are into so many things - I won't pry ...... but thanks for all your input to the list/s Actually pouring strong acids was about the hardest thing I learned to do in a laboratory in my callow youth as a Dairy Bacteriologist ......... like most things in life - hesitancy is BEFORE the decision or else! But after hearing how dangerous it was and then to be told "don't pussyfoot around with it - do it!" ..... did seem a contradiction at first.

Now, let's see, was it put the acid in first, or the water........?
