Just wanted to append my opinion on this, with emphasis that it's a
hunch, & as such, can be off-base:

I think size, flicker, brightness/contrast/color are issues mainly to
people who are photosensitive (and maybe have hyperactive central
nervous systems in general, such as food intolerances, perfume
sensitivity, temperature sensitive, pressure sensitive, etc.). For all I
know, there may be people with other types of sensitivities, such as
those with a 6th sense, who may be more affected by the EMF factor, but
not so much by the visual factor.
