It is my understanding that an EKG will pretty much only tell if the heart
is malfunctioning at the time of the test itself. Not much good for telling
the actual health of the organ or system. Vitamin E is used to improve the
heart and system. The only reason to take small amounts at first is if you
have had rheumatic fever in the past. In that case you must start slow and
build up the dosage, because the healthier side of the heart gets better faster
than the weaker side so the imbalance can become worse. Otherwise, you can
start at 400 or so units right away. Vit. E alone clears up a lot of problems
in a lot of areas. You can find lots of info on the web. The Shute brothers
have some books in print on the subject. Cheap in thrift stores or used book
stores. You need to read up on this as I have no med. qualifications and am
not giving medical advice. Just what I have read and experienced. Best
wishes, pj
