Likely people that have it, knows what it is. It may be a general term for
a multitude of symptoms.
I must have seen 10,000 messages about sinus treatments. I don't recall a
single one about the cause, effect, and elimination of this common ailment.
One family member used medications for years, then had surgery, the used
more medications for a time.
Finally he started making and using CS and eliminated the anti biotics.
I remember the article that stated Mayo Clinic research suggested most
sinus is caused by a fungus infection. Is this true? Surely some research
has been done on how to eliminate sinus.
Today ( and several days previous ) I worked in a nursing home that must be
30 to 35 years old. The sign outside says, 1907 - 1909 was the date it
was established. The building I was working in is not that old.
I have been doing work in that building for 25 years.
Most of the work involved removing and replacing lift out ceiling to access
the modifications I was making to the nurse call system.
The dust and dirt above the ceiling made me itch, sneeze and wish I was
someplace else. Actually this was the only bad thing about the job. The
rest was routine. It involved lots of walking and climbing ladders.
About every hour I would go outside and spray cs/dmso into my nose and
eyes. After that, I quit sneezing and my nose stops running, until I
went back inside and worked a while. The dust and dirt, plus the material
from the lift out tiles is very ornery stuff and does nothing to help ones
well being.
The 20 % dmso does burn the eyes a bit, but for only a few minutes.
Maybe I was preventing sinus, killing some unwanted bacteria, heaven only
know. Maybe I accomplished nothing, but I don't think that was the case.
If someone could tell me what causes sinus or what prevents it, I could
pass this along to my many friends that have sinus regularly.
