I had a long and intense experience with mold and sinus conditions. I
ended up having to clear Candida Overgrowth from my gut to get my energy
back after moving to a mold free house. I had developed severe food
allergies and other indicators of Candida.

My sinus symptoms improved as my Candida symptoms improved. I did not do
sinus irrigation but would have if it continued. I had a CAT scan and
various lung cultures done looking for fungal balls in my sinuses, like
I had read about in researching mold. Nothing showed up except a few
species of mold on the lung cultures, took Sporanox for two months felt
better but not much. I did some very unconventional therapies to rid
myself of Candida and a year latter also had an infected root canal
tooth pulled.

Had I known about it I would have used CS and 10% DMSO in a nebulizer
for lung and sinus symptoms. And would have done sinus irrigation.
Ethicare makes an adapter for Water Pik that will irrigate for you and
it is cheaper than the other irrigators, except for a neti pot.
