My ENT doctor tells me that it is normal to find such fungus in the sinus
cavities. She told me that all my problems are due to a cat allergy. I think
she is full of ****. An allergy doesn't cause the symptoms I was suffering
from - apart from the severe headaches I had tingling and numbness down both
arms and legs, a horrible nauseous dizziness that I found incapacitating,
gastrointestinal symptoms, complete loss of my sense of smell, tachycardia,
tinnitus and other symptoms.

The MRI scan was normal BTW. I was hoping it would show that I have a right
frontal sinus. The CT scans said that I don't have one, but I thought it
might have been full of fungus. It seems not.

I was washing large amounts of this gunk out of my nose several times a day
when I was really sick. As my health improved the amount of black stuff
diminished. When I am feeling well no fungus comes out when I do the
flooding, when I am sick I find fungus.

My wife also had this, and was washing the same black stuff out of her
nose,
and experienced the same things - less and less black stuff as she felt
better and better.

Wishful thinking in my opinion! I went through all this too. It is horrible
to think that there is a mould living inside your head. In my case I could
smell and taste the mould after washing it out. Yuk!

I think the silver is staining the fungal material, so taking it out of
solution. I did a flooding yesterday and saw only a few tiny black
filaments. Other times I have washed out big chunks, half an inch across, of
fungal hyphae attached at the base. If it was a chemical reaction it would
happen consistently every time.

I have attached some photos I took of this stuff - I think the list will
remove them IMAGES REMOVED AS LIST CHOKES ON THEM
but I'll copy to your personal email.
The sinus stuff photo is what I washed out in one flooding procedure - the
jug is a 1 litre measuring jug to give some scale.
The other two photos are of the black stuff under a microscope x100. Compare
with these

bearing in mind this is an old microscope.

I would suggest that if what you are doing works, stick with it.
GSE has been shown to kill fungus, whereas I'm not so sure about CS.
I find GSE very uncomfortable in a nasal rinse, so be careful with the
concentration!
I have suffered for days after overdoing it. The same goes for hydrogen
peroxide, tea tree oil and oregano oil.
DMSO is OK, and gives me a strong feeling of well-being after using it in a
flooding for some reason.

Conventional doctors will tell you that we all have fungal spores in our
sinuses normally, and that lab tests won't tell you anything. I would
suggest using the appearance of black fibrous stuff in your flooding
solution as a measure of how well you are doing. It works for me! Fungal
spores are hard to kill - they can survive interstellar space for example! I
don't think CS on its own will kill spores. It does, in its darker form,
seem to remove fungus from the sinuses. I tried doing the flooding with
saline, and then mixing the result with dark CS to see if anything stained.
Nothing.

It's hard to visualize the sinuses in 3D.
The problem is that the openings to the sinuses, the ostia, are tiny, so all
you can do is to wash any gunk from these openings, and maybe get a little
fluid inside the frontal sinuses. It is the 2nd part with the head hanging
down and forward that gets to the frontal sinuses.

 Best wishes,
