Terry has given a succinct observation. Toxicity from what one uses on their shinny dome could be another - dirty jammed up cells. In my opinion CS is an effective cleanser. I stay with hormone imbalance which is prevalent in North America. I have seen balancing with natural hormone precursors make a difference for women and men with hair loss challenges. Just my experience. No fancy explanation - just hair re-growth & colour change.. Christine
