Gehna,

Lungs are related to courage, grief, weeping. Also to the nose, sense of
smell, body hair and mucus. Check out lymphatic drainage to get things
moving. Or cheaper is a 're-bounder'. Sit on it and bounce if you must,
but 'move it and shake it' to activate the lymphatic system. Sometimes
emotions of sadness, shame, disappointment and guilt. Integrity, rectitude,
dignity and righteousness are supportive emotions. The companion organ is
the Large Intestine (LI-Yang) which assists with digestion of life's ups and
downs. When you cannot get enough oxygen, little else can function
optimally.

Your capacity will improve with time. I've had trumpet players (with good
lungs) increase their capacity, so it can be done with all conditions. If
you are getting lots of water (Dr. Batman's book - Cries for Water) - it
should provide help with the toxic overload you may be encountering with
the CS. It needs lots of fluid to 'run the toxins out'. The dry climate of
YLW will be better for you and balancing the lungs rather than wet YVR.
Have you considered moulds? Garnet has given some good info on that.

If the lungs 'hurt' the LI is struggling with the overload. Antibiotics may
be making your intestines full of candida so consider checking out
pro-biotics to balance their effect. Could be a chicken n' egg scenario -
What came first?- candida from antibiotics, then weakness in lungs ... see
what I mean. So many women do this with 'yeast infections' and sore
throats/flu/colds - clear up the top end and the bottom end gets 'sick' with
yeast imbalance. Also the 'Clock' Diet from Dr. Charlotte Holms who
maintained a private practice even at 100 years old in 1989. The diet is
based on stomach acid & enzyme production.
