I was attempting to run Scandisk because of bootup problems, but "another program" kept interfering with Scandisk. I contacted Trend and asked how to temporarily disable their program while I ran Scandisk. They gave me prompt, correct advice, but I STILL had problems with Scandisk, which told me "another program" was running and causing interference, but all other programs were closed, and Trend is the only AV program I have. Perhaps I have a trojan running in the background?
