Most cannot imagine how the complex wave form would look, if a single instrument could measure them.
I would guess 100 sensors of different types would be required. The signal conditioning and processing required would be beyond the ability of a single person.
How long would he work and what would be the cost? A single sensor could cost the $ 2800. mentioned. Typically, any sensor used in medical processes cost about 5 times a similar sensor used in industrial processes.
It has been a few years since I studied sensors. The field has grown a lot since that time. I was primarily interested in sensors relating to plant growing systems. Simple, down to earth stuff.
Possibly the new sensors developed within the last few years would renew my interest in interfacing the plant directly to the computer.
