Human digestion is NOT bacteria dependent. This is quite clearly established. If human digestion were actually bacteria dependent all of us who drink large quantities of CS or have taken oral antibiotics would be dead. "Friendly bacteria" in the human GI tract live in the lower reaches of the gut, where ingested CS normally does not get to in liquid form, which in my understanding, means it is unlikely to kill ANY bacteria in the lower intestines. In fact I have often tried to flood the entire tract with CS by drinking up to a quart or more very fast when in the midst of watery diarrhea. However, every single time the diarrhea has stopped within 30 min to a couple of hours, and the CS thus has never flushed through. This could of course be a reaction unique to myself. What symptoms do you have when you drink CS? I have found it is best for me to take it on an empty stomach. For making high ppm EIS, the Silverpuppy generator is great because you can bypass the auto shut off and brew until the ppm is as high as you can get it. If you had your high ppm CS and added a little DMSO, you would get better absorption in the mouth.

 Ken,

How do you make 50+ ppm cs? What is the PWT reading in uS?

I found I cannot drink cs anymore. The mold/bacteria spores seem to
degrade my digestion, and cs kills of whatever friendly bacteria
that remain. I have to take the cs sublingually, but the highest ppm
I can make is about 21ppm to 24ppm before it starts turning yellow.
So I can't absorb much at a time.

I think it would help if I could get stronger cs. It does seem to
help alleviate the symptoms, but I found drinking it is simply out
of the question. Please, if you can, tell me how you do it!!!
