Thank you Sol,

That is what I am going to do (topically). He has sebaceous adenitis, an
autoimmune condition that attacks his sebaceous glands, common in Akita dogs
and Poodles. It basically kills their oil glands, resulting in all kinds of
nasty situations. Lucky's is widespread staph. Most people are getting
success with doing oil soaks with their dogs. This provides artificial
lubrication. A groomer came up with an alternative (concentrated
conditioners that one dilutes with 8-12 oz water) and it is so much less
messy than dumping oil on a dog (ACK!!) and letting it sit for an hour then
trying to get it out. I am waiting for the concentrated conditioners to get
here and I am thinking of using pure CS instead of the water. Still should
add DMSO? The stuff has to sit for an hour so I imagine that's plenty of
time to kill pathogens.

Also Lucky is starting to respond to the internal CS. He is currently taking
1 Tablespoon morn and night and 1 teaspoon early and late afternoon. I am
thinking of just giving him 1 Tablespoon 4 X a day. He is showing no stomach
aches or loose stool from it and this condition has been with him off and on
most of his life and I just want it cleared from his system. I am thinking 4
Tablespoons daily won't be too much?

I have heard about straight CS for drinking water but isn't that A LOT of CS
(a 95lb dog can consume a quantity of water!)?

But first, I need to order a generator. I am brand new to this CS. I am
wanting to order from silverpuppy.

Susie
P.S. Oh.. I forgot to add, this dog is also on a home-prepared raw diet,
doesn't get vaccinated, takes Biosuperfood and Transfer factor ,etc. ad
nauseum! But the immune modulating supplements are only doing so much, I
needed something like CS to directly deal with pathogens, bacterial
infection. Thank God for CS.
