Hi Susie -- why are you giving your dog such a small amount? I'd be putting down a bowl of CS next to his food, for drinking water. I'd also be applying the CS topically to his skin. When my 7-lb. Peke-A-Poo was exposed to Lymes, it was prescribed for her that she get 1/4 cup of CS, twice a day -- and that's what I did.
