This guy never turned a hair - but, then, he's used to getting hotspots.
Since that one cleared up he got about 5 on his rear.  I suspect these were
from ant bites.  Everything's cleared up now.  The idiot kennel person at
the vet's had put him and my other male in the exercise yard together and
they got in a fight.  I'm sure that's what started the hotspot on the
underside of his neck - a place he's never had one before.  I put CS in all
the drinking water too.  I'd used CS in the past for his hotspots but the
combination with DMSO worked a lot better for him.  I've never tried the
tea; hadn't thought of that!

Poor dog! I hope it is better now! Do you give it to him internally also??

I think Lucky made his spot worse by chewing because I had sprayed CS on it,
I don't think the CS made it worse. I will get some DMSO and add it to the
spray.

I know strong cool black tea also helps hot spots.
