The only thing that helped my family and me was first finding out what was causing it (allergies, but to what?) Then avoidance and an Ayurvedic Practitioner to help get the body back in balance. That is critical for the immune system. I've heard Chinese medicine also is good. We've been free of asthma for years. S.
