For close to 60 years I suffered off and on with sinus probs.[so did my father].Many Docs tried with their poisons,which only worsened my miseries.Now I have chronic sinusitus under control with this mix; in 25 mls' of CS I add 1/4 tspn of Xylitol,1/4 tspn of MSM powder,2 eyedroppers of 3% H202,and 5 drops of DMSO.This is in Nasal mister which I squirt up each nostril approx.ten times,then hang my head down low to let it run into the sinus cavities. In the not too distant past,every winter I would get incipient Bronchial Pneumonia,which necessitated ABX;with all the attendant bad side effects.Now,I nebulize with a Solaray cool mist humidifier,using straight CS with excellent results.As soon as I feel a tightness in my chest coming on,I Neb.,and all it takes is about two or three 5 minute sessions to stop it.
