Aside from the oddity of this odd database, the object was actually to
resolve the plea of the original writer:
INTELLIGENT SUBJECTS.
Of Course even though the Thread continuity was badly treated, it is still
obviously visible as a pointer by the capitalised "NOW" and a more sane
subject that is going to be at least basically searchable.
Thus:
Original Subject: MY Dog has a hangover, will CS Help?
3 messages later:
Actual topic morphed into "which is better state to live in for Welfare
recipients?"
Could be restyled as:
RE MY dog has hangover, will CS help NOW: Welfare Benefits. O.T.
