The original idea of the blue bloods comes from the descriptions in pre-Vedas and specifically in Ku a'la in which the coming of the Ar ayans who brought knowledge to the Indias, are described as white, very tall, blonde, blue-eyed and whose blood runs blue in their veins. Look at any very white-skinned person and you can see their blue-blooded veins. Not visible on a black person....
It is interesting that in ALL cultures the closer you are to that "Aryan" ideal, the higher your "caste". Australian Aborigines know all about the white Gods who came from the sky and brought the "hidden knowledge and sacred artifacts" to be kept hidden until they returned. So do many "silly" primitive cultures.............
