I have found Eastpark Research brand OLE to be among the most potent formulas. OLE on an empty stomach can cause nausea and bad herxes. I always recommend some food be taken before ingesting OLE. Eastpark also makes a formula called Flu-ban which I have seen knock out serious infections in as short as a few hours. Flu-ban needs to be taken with food.It's not cheap but I have found that the cheap stuff like Nature's way doesn't work.
