A further reminder: Newcomers, be sure to post and *ask* for what you're looking for. It's the only way to move the discussion in a direction that's useful to you. For the rest of us, pay special attention to the new people's postings. They're the ones that especially need our attention. Thank you! Lastly, there's also been a bit of edginess among some of you. John, Garnet, Mike, Marshall, and probably a couple of others I've forgotten, all have either pushed or felt pushed toward some antagonism.
