That's what makes the Medical Mafia so frightening and people's acceptance even more so. It doesn't work, what happens is that, like many similar body distress symptoms, they go away.

First, you should take the safe, easy way out -  find out *when* it occurs.
That will lead you the "why".
Usually easy to track these things- a specific food/group eaten as a treat irregularly.
A recurring event like the Mother-in-laws  3 monthly visit..... etc
