No, silver does not seem to make it well into some areas, such as nerve ganglea, joints and so forth, and Lyme really likes to hide there. That is why I have found that for advanced Lyme the full Bob Beck protocol needs to be used to get to those places and the lymph system.
My daughter uses Trem's SG6 and gets good results as well.
