I use the 8oz amber plastic bottles available at most drug stores. They are
typically used for antibioticsand other liquid meds. I have noticed over a
period of a couple of weeks that the cs can take on a slight plastic-like
flavor so I only use these when I give away cs for free. The cs I sell goes in
amber glass bottles. A couple of times I have seen the conductivity of cs go
down a little when using plastic. Maybe there is a reaction between the plastic
and cs that causes this. Not sure. Many people swear by plastic, at this point
I can't. The PWT was used for measuring conductivity by the way. So overall for
long term storage and commercial sales I always recommend amber glass. I get
mine from Sunburstbottle.com and in the past Specialtybottle.com, both are very
reasonable.
