Not with colored plastic, but I have been keeping my CS in the same plastic
jug that originally held Distilled Water for 2 years now, and there is
absolutely no silver coating the jug, nor does the CS stored in it change
color from whatever it was when it is put in. The jug is never rinsed
either, just re-filled with fresh CS when it gets low.
I don't use glass bottle because of the weight, and the breakage possibility.
